AB  - The article present problem of female with voice after conversion gender for transsexualism male to female. The article acquaints with possibility modification of voice with surgery. The article shows results of survey, that was focus on finding psychological, social and biological factors and subjective satisfaction with voice befor and after cricothyroid approximation.
